Guided tours
Take the opportunity to visit Switzerland's newest and most modern arena, including a look behind the scenes. You’ll get to see parts of the Arena that you won’t have access to during a match. These include the Swiss Life Lounge, the players’ bench, the players’ tunnel, dressing rooms (if possible the ZSC Lions home base), the training hall and many other highlights!

Public guided tours
We will conduct public tours as required. On Saturdays, the tours start at 12:00 or 14:00.
Costs CHF 20-25 for a maximum of 30 people per tour. Book directly online! (Prices subject to change)
Notes
- A guided tour lasts approx. 60 minutes and is conducted in German
- The minimum number of participants is 15. We reserve the right to cancel the tour at short notice if there are fewer participants
- The minimum age for the tour is 6 years
- Dogs and other animals are not allowed
- Meeting point in front of the Ochsner Hockey Pro Shop/Fanshop

Private guided tours are now also available for corporate groups / school classes or groups of friends

- Guided tours last approximately 45 to 60 minutes
- Available by appointment
- 1 guide per tour
- Booking via website enquiry form – flat rate cost CHF 350.00 for a maximum of 30 people until 30 April 2023 (see below for new prices from 1 May 2023)
- Tours cannot be taken by children aged under 6
- Dogs and other animals are not permitted
